this will be an ongoing testimony ,I,m 499.7lbs 6foot1in male been over 400lbs for about 10 years ,been on insulin for diabetes over a year ,was to tired to exercise ,and not able to walk for nothing but short periods due to back injury.but some of this is now changing I STARTED on these two awesome products on August 5th 2008 .Since then I have regained my much needed energy, can exercise for short periods of time now,plus i,m losing weight can tell because I'VE LOST A BELT KNOTCH,WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE WEIGHLOSS TILL OCT. NEXT Dr visit.ALSO BY DRINKING THE JUICES AS NEEDED i,m cutting the insulin way down since August 24,August 29th we reordered recieved Sept 16th,I was struggling tried 2 other companies,but I found out this is absolutely worth the wait .Others were like drinking water with no where near the benefits .Thanks Total Health Shop
